军人爱情心理及其与人际关系、总体幸福感的关系

Relationship between Love Psychology,Interpersonal Relation and General Well-being of Soldiers

目的考察军人爱情心理与人际关系、总体幸福感的关系,为有效提高和促进军人婚恋提供依据。方法采用爱情量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对187名现役军人进行调查。结果①爱情心理各维度在人口学变量上存在显著差异(P<0.05);②恋爱与否在人际关系和总体幸福感上均呈显著差异(t=2.750,-3.383,P均<0.01);③爱情心理及各维度均与人际关系困扰呈显著正相关,人际关系困扰与总体幸福感呈显著负相关(P均<0.01);④爱情心理尤以激情维度对人际关系困扰有正向预测作用(R2=0.132,0.186;P<0.001),人际关系困扰对总体幸福感有负向预测作用(R2=0.392,P<0.001)。结论军人渴望接纳关爱型的爱情,恋爱关系尤其是健康的爱情心理能减少人际关系困扰,从而增强幸福体验。

Objective To explore the relationships between soldiers＇ love psychology,interpersonal relation and general well-being,and provide the basis for enhancing and promoting their love.Methods Using the love scale,interpersonal relationship scale and general well-being scale to survey 187 soldiers.Results ① Some dimensions of love psychology had significant differences in demographic variables（P0.05）.② Soldiers whether love showed a significant difference in interpersonal trouble and general well-being（t=2.750,-3.383,P0.01）.③Love psychology and some dimension had significantly positive correlation with interpersonal trouble.Interpersonal relation had a significant negative correlation with general well-being（P0.01）.④Love psychology,passion on interpersonal trouble had positive predicted effect（R2=0.132,0.186;P0.001）,Interpersonal trouble had negative prediction to general well-being（R2=0.392,P0.001）.Conclusion Soldiers eager to accept and care type of love,love relationship especially healthy love psychology can reduce the interpersonal trouble,then improves happiness experience.
