摘要
目的探讨护理人员情绪智力和工作满意度的关系。方法采用情绪智力问卷EIS、工作满意度问卷MSQ对湖南省内不同级别医院395名护理人员进行调查。结果①护理人员情绪智力总分为(61.85±13.883),其各维度得分均处于中等偏上水平,其中自我情绪评价得分相对较高(16.60±4.207);②家庭月收入不同的护士工作满意度不同(F=2.839,P<0.05);③护理人员情绪智力与工作满意度之间为显著正相关(r=0.289,P<0.01);④情绪智力对工作满意度有一定的正向预测作用,建立的多元回归方程为:工作满意度=55.746+0.401×情绪运用+0.403×情绪调整。结论高收入水平的护理人员其工作满意度显著高于较低收入的护理人员;护理人员情绪运用和情绪调整对工作满意度有显著正向预测作用;提高护理人员情绪智力水平可在一定程度上提高其工作满意度。
Objective To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of nursing staff.Methods A total of 395 nursing staff were measured by using Emotional Intelligence Scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire.Results ①The total score of emotional intelligence of nursing staff was(61.85±13.883),while the score of self emotional appraisal was relatively higher(16.60±4.207);②Nursing staff had different level of job satisfaction in different family income level;③Emotional intelligence of nursing staff was significantly positively related to job satisfaction(r=0.289,P0.01);④Job satisfaction could be partial positively predicted by emotional intelligence,and the multiple regression equation we found was job satisfaction=55.746+0.401×use of emotion+0.403×regulation of emotion.Conclusion Job satisfaction of nursing stuff who have more salary is significantly higher than those who have less salary;Job satisfaction can be significantly positively predicted by using of emotion and regulation of emotion;Increasing the level of emotional intelligence of nursing staff can increase their job satisfaction in some degrees.
