College Students' Body-image,Depression and Life Satisfaction

目的研究大学生自我体象、抑郁和生活满意度之间的关系。方法主要采用多维自我体象关系调查问卷(MBSRQ)和抑郁量表(CES-D)以及青少年学生生活满意度量表对330名大学生进行测验。结果①男性比女性更满意自己的体象,女性更关注自己的外貌和体重;②体象和生活满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.314-0.45),抑郁和生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.335,P<0.01);③体象对抑郁和生活满意度均有很好的预测作用(RMSEA=0.000,GFI=0.995,NFI=0.982)。结论体象、抑郁对生活满意度均有很好的预测作用,抑郁可能是体象与生活满意度的一个中介变量。

Objective To study the relationship between body-image,depression and life satisfaction of college students.Methods A total of 330 college students were asked to answer the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire,Depression Scale and Teenager Students Life Satisfaction Scale.Results ①Male students were more satisfied with their appearance than their female counterparts,female students cared more about their appearance and weight.②The body-image were significantly positively related to life satisfaction（r=0.314-0.452,P0.01）,at the same time depression was significantly negatively related to life satisfaction（r=-0.335,P0.01）.③The total score of body-image had good prediction towards the depression and life satisfaction（RMSEA=0.000,GFI=0.995,NFI=0.982）.Conclusion The body-image and depression have good prediction towards self-esteem,the depression may mediate the relationship between body-image and life satisfaction.
