摘要
目的分析不同专业大学生综合素质发展水平的差异。方法应用已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,对某医科大学新生每隔半年1次,连续进行3次综合素质测查。结果综合素质存在专业与时间之间的交互作用(F=77.599,P=0.000),各专业学员综合素质提高程度不同(协方差,F=80.485,P<0.001),各专业之间两两比较结果:药学/护理>军医>卫管>海医/生物技术。结论专业因素对军医大学生综合素质发展有影响,药学学员素质提升较快,生物技术学员较慢。
Objective To analyze the differences of undergraduates' compositive diathesis of different specialties.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed all freshmen of a military medical university to observe continuously the changes every 6 months.Results With the repeated measure,there was interaction between specialty and time for compositive diathesis(F=77.599,P=0.000)and the extent of improvement among different specialties was different(covariance,F=80.485,P0.001).Conclusion The compositive diatheses of different specialties develop differently,among which the pharmic advances the most but those specialized in biotechnology advances the worst.The undergraduates of different specialties should be educated correspondingly.
