摘要
设计制作了磁力研磨装置 ,研磨极头采用钕铁硼永磁材料 ,磁极表面场强达到 1 .0~ 1 .2T。研磨工艺实验结果表明 :当磁极表面场强B为 0 .3~ 0 .5T时 ,工件磁力研磨前后表面粗糙度基本上没有变化 ;当磁极表面场强B≥ 1 .0T时 ,其表面粗糙度从Ra0 .63 μm降至Ra0 .0 5μm。
In this paper,magnetic polishing apparatus were designed and manufactured.Magnetic poles whose surface magnetic-fields were up to 1.0~1.2T were made by using of NdFeB materials.A series of magnetic polishing technologic experiments are carriedout 45 steel tube.Results show that the roughness of workpiece is of no change fore-and-aft magnetic polishing when magnetic field is 0.3~0.5T.But when magnetic fields B≥0.1T,the roughness can be decreased from R a 0.36μm to R a 0.05μm.
