摘要
用打孔法研究不同规格的黄芪多糖对标准型大肠埃希氏杆菌、临床型大肠杆菌、标准型金黄色葡萄球菌和临床型链球菌的体外抑菌作用,结果表明,自提黄芪多糖对临床型大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径达12mm±0.09mm,对其他菌的抑菌圈均在7mm左右;市售黄芪多糖对几种菌的抑菌圈直径均在10mm以下或者无抑菌效果。
The agar diffusion method was adopted to compare the antibacterial effects of different Astragalus Polysaccha- rides(APS) in vitro to standard and pathogenic E. coli, standard Staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic Streptococcus. The results showed that APS extracted in experiment had a definite inhibitory effect on pathogenic E. coil with the diam- eter of inhibition zone reaching 12±0.09 mm and the diameter of inhibition zone against the other bacteriums were about 7mm; The APS shopped in the market had the diameters of the inhibition zones smaller than 10ram or had no zone.
