摘要
药剂分子与矿物之间的作用机理是浮选应用的理论基础,在磷矿浮选药剂分子设计及改性基础上的浮选机理研究因原料油酸成分复杂而受制约。本文以化学纯硬脂酸为原料,通过化学改性合成了一种新型阴离子反浮选脱镁捕收剂HY-1,并用于云南海口某中低品位高镁胶磷矿(原矿P2O5品位23.11%,MgO品位5.13%)的浮选试验,结果表明,采用"一反一扫"简单浮选工艺流程,闭路试验精矿P2O5品位达29.79%,回收率92.51%;MgO品位为0.72%,排除率达90%,白云石与胶磷矿得到有效分离;尾矿P2O5品位5.98%,该改性药剂浮选性能比较优良,其与纯矿物的作用机理研究将在后续工作中完善。
Novel anionic de-magnesium collector HY-1 was synthesized by chemical modification method with the stearic acid as raw material.It was used in the test of low-and-middle grade and high calcium-magnesium Yunnan Haikou phosphate ores.Test results showed that the collector realized the effective separation of phosphate and dolomite.Grade of P2O5 in crude ore was 23.11%,MgO 5.13% through the closed circuit test of one reversing and one scavenging system,grade of P2O5 in concentrate is up to 29.79%,recovery of P2O5 in concentrate is 92.51%,MgO is 0.72%,and removal rate of MgO is up to 90%.The modified reagent with a good performance in the flotation will be improved in terms of mechanism of its action with pure minerals in the subsequent research work.
