摘要
研究了选矿废水中高浓度无机离子对矿物可浮性的影响,以云南安宁磷矿为研究对象,在浮选过程中加入大量的选矿废水离子及组分,通过回收率、品位的变化研究其对浮选效果的影响。试验结果表明,当加入的Ca2+、Mg2+、Al 3+、Fe3+和F-达到特定浓度后,对安宁磷矿的浮选有不同程度的影响。回水利用时,当Ca2+、Mg2+、Al 3+、Fe3+质量浓度超过50mg/L,F-质量浓度超过2mg/L时,需处理去除。
In order to research the influence of high concentration of mineral inorganic ions on Yunnan phosphate rocks flotability,a large amount of ions and components in beneficiation wastewater were added in the Anning phosphate flotation process.The effect of the flotation was studied by changes of the recovery and the grade.The result showed that Anning phosphate flotation has the influence to the varying degrees when the Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,Fe3+ and F-reach the certain concentration.When the backwater is utilized,mass concentrations of Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,Fe3+ ions more than 50 mg/L and F-ion more than 2 mg/L need to be handled by removal.
