摘要
进入21世纪,在"全球化和市场化"的推动下,印度涉外办学得到了迅速发展。印度涉外办学具有办学形式多样、层次不高的特点;办学国家以英美为主;有相当一部分涉外办学机构存在违规或不法行为。印度涉外办学的法律法规在体系上逐步走向完善,在准入门槛和质量保障方面具有越来越严格的趋势。
From the beginning of the 21st century,promoted by the Globalization and Marketization', a number of foreign educational institutions have been operating in India. The development of foreign education in India has shown such characteristics as follow: the foreign educational operation is of diversity ,lower level, and most of the institutions come from America and the UK, meanwhile, some of them may be resorting to various malpractices or have irregular behaviors. The system of legal provisions upon foreign education is getting more completed and the access threshold and quality assurance are getting stricter than before.
