摘要
为了进一步提高教师质量,英国教育部新出台的《杰出教师标准》对现行高级教师标准体系予以大幅度改革。现行高级教师标准体系存在体系复杂不简明、内容表述不科学、鉴定效果不明显等问题。而新的高级教师标准更加清晰、简洁,并具有强调整体性、采用描述方式、不受教龄限制、不和薪金挂钩等特点。
In order to further enhance the quality of teachers,the Department for Education of the UK introduced the Master Teacher Standard to be substantial reform on the existing senior teachers standards system. The existing senior teacher standards system complex system is not condensed, to express fuzzy unclear, the identification is not obvious. The new senior teacher standards are more dear,concise,and has emphasized the integrity, stresses on the use of narrative form,without seniority restrictions ,and are not linked to salaries
