摘要
21世纪以来,国外教师领导研究表现出许多新的特点和趋势:教师领导内涵的界定经历了从价值取向一元化向多元化的嬗变;教师领导影响因素展现了从偏向到平衡的趋势,由单论积极因素走向积极因素和消极因素并论;教师领导发展呈现了从校内微观环境的营造向校外宏观环境建构的变革;教师领导实践样态出现了从正式教师领导实践样态向非正式教师领导实践样态的过渡;教师领导价值显示了从价值性研究向解释性研究的取向。
Researches on teacher leadership have shown many new features and trends since the 21st century. Definition of teacher leadership has changed from single orientation to multiple orientation. Factors that influence teacher leadership have turned imbalance to balance, and focus of the commentary on factors has turned from single positive factors commentary to both positive and negative ones. Development of teacher leadership has turned focus from the microcosmic environment to the macro environment. Practice of teacher leadership has made an orientation from formal to informal. Research on effects of teacher leadership has changed from descriptive research to explanatory research.
