摘要
美国高校学生对高校治理的参与经历了从无到有、从非制度化到制度化的演进过程。殖民地时期,学生完全处于被管制的地位;建国后,高校学生的权利与自主意识觉醒;19世纪60年代到二战前,高校学生初步介入学校管理;民权运动期间,高校学生以激进的方式获得了参与校政的权利;20世纪80年代以来,美国高校学生的校政参与日臻完善。
Student participation inexistence to existence and from in university governance in non-institutionalized state to the U.S. evolved from institutionalized state. In the Colonial Period,the students were completely limited. After the founding of the United States,the college students' rights concept and self-consciousness developed remarkably. College students initially involved in school management between the 1860s and the World War II. During the period of civil rights movement, students obtained the rights to involve in university governance through radical ways and the students' participation improved steadily since the 1980s.
