扩大翼点入路治疗额颞叶脑挫裂伤的体会

Experienc of Expand Pterional Approach for Treatment of Frontotemporal Cerebral Contusion

目的:总结扩大翼点入路治疗额颞叶脑挫裂伤的经验。方法:回顾性分析36例扩大翼点入路治疗额颞叶脑挫裂伤的临床资料。结果:疗效评价采用ADL(日常生活能力)进行评定,评定时间为术后3个月回访。本组中Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级5例,Ⅳ级2例,Ⅴ级4例,死亡5例。结论:扩大翼点入路治疗额颞叶脑挫裂伤手术显露良好、减压充分,是治疗颅后部着力额颞叶对冲伤的一种有效术式。

Objective： To summarize the the expand pterional approach for the treatment of frontoternporal cerebral contusion experience .Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 36 cases expand pteriona] treatment frontotemporal lobe brain contusion was carried out . Results：Evaluation ADL （ activities of daily living ） were assessed , the evaluation time for a return visit after 3 months . This group Ⅰ , 12 cases , Ⅱ in 8 cases , 5 cases of grade Ⅲ , Ⅳ grade 2 cases , Ⅴ 4 cases , 5 cases died .Conclusion： Expand pterional treatment of frontotemporal brain contusion surgery revealed good, full decompression should be the treatment of the the cranial rear focus frontotemporal contrecoup a valid technique.
