摘要
采用金属涂覆铸造技术 ,在铁基表面制备梯度复合材料层 ,对试样进行了 90 0℃、10 3h高温氧化增重实验 ;结果表明 ,蠕墨铸铁表面梯度复合材料具有良好的抗氧化性 ;用X射线衍射分析了氧化层的结构并探讨氧化机理。
Using metal-coated casting technique,gradient composite sample was produced on the surface of vermicular graphite cast iron,which was carried out oxidation test in air at high temperature of 900 ℃ for 103 h increasing weight.The experimental results show that composite on the surface of vermicular graphite cast iron possesses good property of high temperture oxidation resistance.In addition,the structure of oxide layer was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and the mechanism of oxidation is also investigated.
