摘要
介绍了炉卷轧机液压压下计算机控制系统的结构及原理;并给出计算机应用于轧机厚控系统中的多种控制方案及算法。计算机控制系统与原模拟系统比较,它的灵敏度高,产品的纵向与横向厚差小,控制功能多,改造灵活,能适合各种操作方式与操作习惯。
The principles and structure of a computer control system for steckel mills with a hydraulic servo system are introduced . It is more sensitive in response , possessing higher accuracy in gauge control and capable of performing various tasks in comparison with the analog control system . Thickness deviation of products can be greatly reduced .Results obtained through periods of serial production are briefly summarized .
