Determination of multiple organophosphorus pesticide residues simultaneously in fruit and vegetable by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对果蔬中的有机磷农药残留进行检测,采用全扫描方式(scan)进行定性,选择离子监测方式(SIM)进行定量,结合总离子流色谱图和提取离子色谱图,优化色谱条件,使分析时间控制在20min以内,分离效果良好,在0.05~1.00mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r2≥99%),加标回收率为72.6%~94.0%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~8.8%,符合果蔬中多种有机磷农药残留检测要求。 Determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was studied. Full scan was used for qualitative analysis. The total ion current was identified by scan and spectrum library search. Selected ion monitoring (SIM) was used as a quantitative method. The re- sults showed that the analysis was finished in 20 min. The linearity of method is good with concentration range 0.05-1.00 mg/L (r2≥ 99%). The recoveries are generally from 72.6% to 94.0% with rel ative standard deviation (RSD) of 1. 3% to 8. 8%. The method is suitable for determining multiple organophosphorous pesticide resi- dues in fruits and vegetables.
