溶解性溶液浓度的控制方法设计及PLC实现

摘要 溶解性溶液浓度的控制通常采用离线测量控制方法,这给浓度的实时在线控制带来很大困难。基于此,提出串级和比值控制相结合的浓度软测量控制方法。以糖水浓度控制为模拟对象,对液位和流量进行串级控制,对二次蒸汽总量与稀液总量进行比值控制,对温度、压力和浓缩液进行单回路控制,将各控制回路有机结合进行浓度控制。结果表明,控制方法平稳有效,达到了预期效果,对溶解性溶液的浓度控制提供了很有价值的参考。 The control in concentration of solubility solution usually used off-line measuring method. This bring the great difficult for re- al-time control of concentration. For this, method that combined of cascade and ratio control is proposed. By the sugar water concentra- tion to be the model object, the level and flow for cascade control, and the secondary steam amount and dilute fluid amount for ratio control. The temperature, pressure and concentrate for single loop control. The concentration is controlled by the combine method. The results show that the control method is stable and effective, and reach the expected effect, and it provides a valuable reference of solu bility solution control.
