摘要
采用碱洗法、水蒸气蒸馏法、重金属化学沉淀法和活性炭吸附法相组合的工艺对粗硫酸盐松节油进行精制研究。重点探讨NaOH浓度和脱色脱臭组合方式对粗硫酸盐松节油中主要杂质成分和有效成分的变化以及精制硫酸盐松节油产品得率的影响。结果表明:15%NaOH处理后进行水蒸气蒸馏,再加2g氧化锌和0.5g活性炭精制,制品中的硫化物含量可降低至0.5%以下,基本无色无臭,主要成分蒎烯含量可达到88%,产品得率可达到80%左右。
Crude sulfate turpentine was refined by the process com- bined with alkali wash method, steam distillation, heavy metal chemical precipitation and activated carbon adsorption. Discussed the changes of impurity and effective compositions under different the NaOH content and decoloriaing and deodorizing treatment, and the effects to the yields. The results indicated that: with the treatment of 15% NaOH and steam distillation, and refining by adding 2 g zinc oxide and 0.5 g active carbon, the sulfide content decreased under 0. 5% in the products, the content of pinene reached 88%, the yields was about 80 %, and colorless and odorless.
