摘要
从一种新的角度对棒料剪切下料时的变形机理进行了分析研究,指出了影响被剪毛坯断面质量的主要因素,并提出了相应的解决方法。
The deformation principle of sheared blank has been analysed with a new opinion. The main factors that affect the breaken section quality has been pointed out too. Several methods for improving the quality are raised in the end of this paer.
