摘要
用网状树脂GDX-104吸附废水中的有机污染物,然后用薄层色谱分离。薄层色谱的展开系统为:二氯甲烷/乙腈/甲醇/冰醋酸(40/1/4/0.2).分离得到的纯品用红外、质谱和色谱定性.实验表明废水中含有HMX,RDX,SEX和1.5-二硝酰氧基-2,4-二硝基-2,4-氮杂戊烷等化合物.应用反相高效液相色谱方法定量测定废水中化合物.使用的固定相为GYQG-C_(18)H_(37)(5μm),流动相为水/甲醇/乙腈(70/10/20)。
It is well known that the control of wastrwater is very important to health . In this paper a method is presented to separate organic pollutants in wastewater and to analyze them by 1R , MS and HPLC . The organic pollutants were absorbed by GDX-104 resin from wastewaler and eluted with dichlorome -thane/ acetonitrile (80/20). The eluates were concentrated about one hundred times . Then , the samples were separated by TLC . HMX , RDX , SEX and 1 , 5 -dinitroxyl - 2 , 4-dinitro - 2 , 4 - nitrogen heterocyclic pentance were identified from wastewater . Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography was applied for the quantitative determination of the compounds in wastewater .
