摘要
针对黑白无彩色包装模式在现今中国食品行业受到抑制,及传统的食品包装理论不能迎合新时代的商业需求等情况,从黑白包装所体现的食品文化蕴意、饮食文化层次性结构理论及食品行业中消费阶层的特性和商业需求出发,结合国内外的黑白模式食品包装成功案例,论述了黑白模式应用于国内食品包装行业的可能性及前景。在此基础上,提出了应充分挖掘黑白模式在食品包装中的强大生命力,摒弃过去的错误观念,针对合适的时机,充分、合理地运用黑白包装模式的建议。
Facts show that white-black pattern in food packaging is restrained and traditional food packaging theory can ' t fit commercial requirement in contemporary era. From viewpoints of cultural meanings of white-black patterns in food package, hierarchy structural theory of diet culture, and the nowadays characterization and psychology factors of consumer, the probability and prospect of applying white-black patterns into food package are discussed combined with the successful cases that take white-black patterns as packaging. Based on these analysis, it put forward that we should fully dig the powerfully vitality of white-black patterns in food packaging and abandon the previous wrong concept, and then we should reasonably apply white-black patterns in food package in appropriate opportunity.
