Water resources evaluation of construction project is the pre-condition for project appraisal and approval. In order to improve water resources evaluation of construction project and quality of the contents of the report, a study is made on the issues and problems associated with reviewing and appraisal of water resources evaluation report, taking the recent working practice into consideration. And recommendations are put forward for further improvement of approval of water resources evaluation of construction project.
