摘要 铸件带有圆弧形孔时,其孔的抽芯和成形是压铸模具设计与制造的难点之一。圆弧形孔型芯的抽芯轨迹为曲线,抽芯过程中孔容易变形,引起孔的形状和尺寸不能满足要求,且抽芯机构容易出现故障。文中设计出新颖的滑块-齿轴块-齿环抽芯机构,借助开模力提供抽芯动力。实际生产应用表明,设计的抽芯机构可以保证圆弧形孔成形质量的同时,模具结构简单、制造成本低、传动效率高、抽芯平稳可靠。 Core-pulling and formation of the hole is one of the difficult points for the design and manufacture of die casting mould with circular arc hole. Core-pulling trajectory of circular arc hole is curve, which easily makes the hole deformed during pulling the core, therefore the shape and size of the hole can not meet the requirements, and the fault of core-pulling mechanism often occurs. A novel core-pulling mechanism with slide block-gear block-gear ring structure was designed in this study, core-pulling force is provided by opening mould force. The result of practical produce shows that core-pulling mechanism can assure formation quality of the circular arc hole, at the same time it presents many advantages such as simple structure and low manufacturing cost of the mould, high transmission efficiency, stable and reliable ooeration.
