激光熔化处理对电工铜排导电性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用 5 k W CO2 激光器对电工铜排进行表面熔化处理 ,并对激光熔化处理后铜排的显微组织、导电性能、接头发热性和腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明 :激光处理后 ,铜排的表面硬度增加了 10 % ,晶粒尺寸减小了 3倍。对于3 mm和 6 mm厚的铜排 ,激光处理可使接头的电阻分别减小 4%和 2 .8%。随着扭距从 1× 9.8J到 4× 9.8J变化 ,激光处理接头的发热量从 3%降到 1.1%。在 Na Cl水溶液中 。 Using a 5 kW CO 2 laser,some electric copper busbars were surface melted,and the microstructure,electrical conductance and thermal behavior of the joints have been studied.the microhardness of laser melted copper is increased about 10% than original copper and the grain's size of laser melted sample is reduced 3 times as large as that of original copper.The electric resistance of laser treated copper joints is reduced 4% in 6 mm thick and is reduced 2.8% in 3mm thick.The generating heat of laser treated copper joints is reduced from 3% to 1.1% with increasing torque force from 9.8J to 39.2J.The effect of laser treatment on improving corrosion resistance of copper busbars is small.
