摘要
为了解非政府办社区卫生服务机构实施基本药物制度的意愿,调查已在非政府办社区卫生服务机构推行基本药物制度的重庆市渝中区与未实施基本药物制度的海口市,分析重庆市渝中区的实施效果与反应,统计海口市的实施意愿与背后原因,最后得出在非政府办社区卫生服务机构推行基本药物制度必须同步完善社区卫生服务政策与基本药物制度的结论。
To grasp the wills, of the non-government-run community health service institutions（NGCHSIs）implementing the essential medicine system（EMS）, this study investigated the NGCHSIs in Yuzhong District, Chongqing City which have implemented the EMS and the NGCHSIs in Haikou city which have not, analyzed the results and reactions for NGCHSIs in Yuzhong, surveyed implementing wills and their reasons for NGCHSIs in Haikou, finally conclude that implementing EMS in NC, CHSIs should optimize the community health service policies and the EMS both.
