广州市越秀区2001—2011年产科质量分析

An Analysis of the Obstetric Quanlity in Yuexiu District from 2001 to 2011

目的对2001—2011年广州市越秀区产科质量报表的相关指标进行分析,为不断改进产科工作、提高产科服务水平提供依据,从而达到提高产科质量、保障母婴安全的目的。方法对2001—2011年产科质量报表数据进行连续动态地收集分析。结果越秀区分娩数总体呈上升趋势,高危产妇检出率、剖宫产率及分娩并发症发生率较高,其中产后出血仍是产科的首位并发症,出生窒息发生率总体呈下降趋势。结论越秀区产科医院分娩数量在不断升高,产科质量也在逐年提高,但仍需要积极采取措施控制高剖宫产率及产后出血率,加强高危孕妇的管理,不断提高产科质量。

OBJECTIVE According to the analysis of the obstetric quality in Yuexiu District from 2001 to 2011, to reflect the level of obstetric quality and academic development objectively, and provide the evidence to improve the level of obstetric services. METHODS To analysis the data of Yuexiu obstetric quality annual report from 2001 to 2011. RESULTS The total number of pregnant woman increased, the detection rate of pregnant woman and the cesarean section rate were high. Perinatal mortality increased steadily. Overall downward tread in the incidence of birth asphixia. CONCLUSION The obstetric amount increased and quanlity was gradually improve. It is necessary to control the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate and strengthen the management of obstetric quality.
