护理人员锐器伤后身心症状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Physical and Psychological Pymptoms of Nurses Sharp Injuries

目的研究评估护理人员锐器伤后对其身心健康的影响。方法随机选取具有锐器伤职业暴露史的在职护理人员139名作为观察组,选取无锐器伤暴露史的127名护理人员作为对照组,应用自拟的调查问卷及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对研究对象进行评分,比较护理人员锐器伤暴露后对其身心状态的影响。结果观察组与对照组应用SCL-90量表评分比较显示,两组在总评分(U=3.42)及抑郁(U=2.02)、焦虑(U=3.51)、恐怖(U=2.10)和偏执(U=3.33)等4个因子方面均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论锐器伤职业暴露后对护理人员的身心健康会产生重要影响。对职业暴露的护理人员进行有效的心理辅导,对促进护理人员的身心健康具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE Study to assess nurses sharp injuries affect their psychosomatic symptoms. METHOD Working nurses with a history of occupational exposure to sharp injuries randomly selected 139 cases and of nurses as the observation group, select no history of exposure to sharp injuries 127 cases of nurese as a control group, the the application self questionnaire and the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90 ratings） study, compare nurses＇exposure to sharp injuries affect their physical and mental symptoms. RESULTS Observation group and control group applications SCL-90 scale score comparison shows that, of the total score（U=3.g2）and depression （U=2.02）, anxiety （U=3.51）, the terrorist （U=2.10）, paranoia （U=3.33）, four factors have statistically significant （P〈O.O5,P〈O.O1）. CONCLUSION Sharp injuries, occupational exposure will have an important impact on the physical and mental health nurses. Nurses＇ occupational exposure should be effective in psychological counseling to promote physical and. mental health of nurses is of great significance.
