摘要
以单排四点接触球式回转支承为例,以其体积最小为目标函数,承载能力和滚道接触应力等作为条件约束建立数学模型。采用复合形法对随车起重机回转支承的滚道中心直径和滚动体直径参数进行优化,并提出了适用于随车起重机回转支承的设计方法,为制定适用于随车起重机回转支承行业标准提供参考依据。
With the single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing as an example, and with its minimum volume as the objective function, and beating capacity and rolling race stress as constraints, the mathematical model is built in the paper. The diameter parameters of the rolling race center and rolling element for slewing bearing of the lorry crane are opti- mized. In addition, the design method available for such slewing bearings is put forward in the paper. It provides references for developing the industrial standard regarding the slewing bearing of the lorry crane.
