摘要 介绍了大型全回转浮式起重机多排滚轮式全回转支承装置的结构特点与受力方式,通过建立有限元模型,分析回转支承装置轮压分布情况,同时结合试验数据,获得橡胶件的性能分析,重点研究1号烟胶垫的使用对轮压分布的影响。由此得出,在多排滚轮式回转装置中使用1号烟胶垫能起到较好的均载作用。 This paper presents structure features and forces of muhi - row wheel slewing support mechanism for large floating crane, analyzes the wheel pressure distribution through finite element modeling of the slewing support mechanism, and obtains performance of rubber parts combining data from tests, focusing on influence of No. 1 smoke - rubber part on the wheel pressure distribution. It is concluded that applying of No. 1 smoke - rubber part to the multi - row wheel slewing mechanism contributes greatly to uniform distribution of the wheel pressure.
