摘要
首先建立BL型弹性棒销联轴器的强度计算模型,然后以BL9弹性棒销联轴器为例,在AnsysWorkbench 13.0软件中建模,通过设置接触对以装配体的形式进行有限元分析,最后将理论数据与Workbench的有限元分析结果作比较,为今后的联轴器设计提供设计依据。
The strength calculation model for BL elastic dowel pin coupling is built and then the BL9 elastic dowel pin coupling model is built in the Ansys Workbench 13.0 as an example, with finite element analysis of the type of assembly body by setting the contact pair. The theoretical data and the result from the finite element analysis of Workbench are com- pared. The mentioned analysis in the paper provides design basis for future design of couplings.
