摘要
介绍了参照斜拉桥的结构特点对通用双梁门式起重机进行的结构改进情况。对模型网格的划分、柔性支腿铰接处的耦合、支腿的约束方式以及车轮轮压作用的载荷分布等进行了分析,给出了在多种工况下结构改进前后的有限元分析结果,可供门式起重机轻量化设计作参考。
The paper introduces the structural improvement of common double-girder gantry crane with reference to structural characteristics of cable-stayed bridge. Analysis of dividing of model grid, coupling of articulated parts in the flexi- ble leg, constraint type of legs, load distribution under wheel-pressure and the like is performed in the paper. Results from the finite element analysis before and after structural improvement under various working conditions are provided as refer- ence to the light-weight design of gantry cranes.
