摘要
苏里格气田采用低压集气、增压外输的集气模式,作为增压外输的核心动力设备天然气压缩机组应用广泛,压缩机组在运行过程中排放的高温烟气造成大量热能浪费和大气污染。经计算论证提出了压缩机组烟气余热回收利用方案,分析了运行的可行性,评价得出苏10-3集气站可回收的烟气热能完全能够满足该站工业生产和生活所需热能,同时解决了压缩机组因温度引起的故障问题,减少了废气排放,是天然气集气站节能减排的可行之路。
The low pressure gas gathering and pressurization gas transportation mode have been used in Sulige oilfield.As a key power equipment of pressurization gas transportation,the gas compressors have been widely used.A large of waste heat-energy and air pollution will be caused by the high-temperature smoke from compressors during operation.The smoke waste heat recycling program has been presented and the feasibility of running has been analyzed by calculating and verification.This shows that the recycling heat from the smoke of Su 10-3 gas gathering station can meet the heat need for industrial production and life.The compressor faults caused by high-temperature can be resolved,and the waste gas emission can be reduced.This technology is a useful way of energy-saving and emission-reducing for gas gathering station.
