摘要
针对孔店油田产出污水处理合格后外排,污水中的大量余热散失到环境中,造成热量浪费和环境热污染等问题,研究应用了吸收式水源热泵技术,该技术以油田伴生气为驱动源,提取外排污水余热,替代孔店联合站现有加热炉加热系统。通过热泵技术的应用,实现了污水余热回收利用,提高了孔店联合站加热系统热能利用效率,减少了烟尘和氮氧化物的排放量,达到了节能减排的目的。
The production sewage with a large of waste heat from Kongdian oilfield has been discharged directly after qualified treatment.It results in heat waste and environmental thermal pollution.To resolve these problems,the absorption water source heat pump technology has been developed.This technology uses associated gas as the driving source and extracts the waste heat of sewage for discharging to replace the existing furnace heating system of Kongdian multipurpose station.The sewage heat recycling can be realized,the heat energy utilization efficiency of heating system has been improved in Kongdian multipurpose station,the dust and nitrogen oxide emission has been reduced and the energy-saving purpose can be achieved by using the heat pump technology.
