文章首先分析了 文化产业崛起的必然性，其次对文化产业的概念及发展文化产业的作用进行了阐述， 进而分析了重庆土家族、苗族文化产业化的条件，并提出了土家族、苗族文化产业化的思路。

At first, this paper analyzes the necessity of emerging of cultural industry, and then expounds the concept of cultural industry and the role of developing cultural industry, thirdly, analyzes the condition of Tujia and Miao Nationalities' cultural industry and puts forward the way to develop the cultural industry of Tujia and Miao Nationalities.
