摘要
双组分慢反应聚脲具有优越的力学性能和施工性能:拉伸强度17.8 MPa、断裂伸长率480%、撕裂强度71.8 N/mm、与混凝土基材的拉拔强度为2.64 MPa、与喷涂聚脲层的剥离强度约10 N/mm,可用作喷涂聚脲层的修补料或层间粘结剂;可操作时间≥20 min,适用于阴阳角等特殊部位和小面积的施工。本文对其配方设计、施工技术及应用范围进行了介绍。
Two-component slow-reactive polyurea elastomer has excellent mechanical properties and construction performance, such as tensile strength(17.8 MPa), elongation at break(480%), tearing strength(71.8 N/mm), pull-off bonding strength between polyurea elastomer and concrete (2.64 MPa), peeling strength of spray polyurea elastomer110 N/mm). It can be used as mending material or interlayer bonding agent of spray polyurea elastomer with operational time of at least 20 min. It is suitable for internal corners and external corners and small areas. This paper introduces its formulation design, construction technique and application range.
