水下混凝土整体防渗施工技术研究

摘要 通过试验研究了适合水下混凝土防渗堵漏的防水体系及其施工技术,推荐采用HDPE土工膜+三元乙丙橡胶增强型SR防渗盖片复合的防水体系,锚固方式为膨胀螺栓+HK-963水下环氧锚固剂,周边采用HK-963密封胶泥密封。试验结果表明,该防水体系及施工方法能满足水下混凝土缺损修补要求,应用效果良好。 The waterproofing system of underwater concrete for the purpose of anti-seeping and its construction process are studied by tests. It is recommended that the system adopts HDPE geomembrane and SR anti-seepage cover reinforced by EPDM with expansion bolt and HK-963 underwater epoxy anchoring agent, sealing with HK-963 clay. The results showed that the waterproofing system and its construction process met the requirements of underwater concrete repair and had good application effects.
