Analysis on Element Composition of the Low-Carbon Industry Innovation System in Less-Developed Areas

欠发达地区低碳产业创新系统主要由低碳产业创新主体、低碳产业创新资源和低碳产业创新环境三大要素构成。其中,主体要素是低碳产业创新的推动者和执行者,其具有不同的创新动力及创新行为规则;资源要素是低碳产业创新的支撑和基础,其具有不同的存在形态和配置结构;环境要素是系统存在的外部条件。各创新要素通过相互间的作用关系和运作机制,决定着低碳产业创新系统运行的效率和稳定性。

There are three major elements that constitute the low-carbon industry innovation system in less-developed areas：the mainstay of innovation,the resources and the environment of low-carbon industry innovation.The mainstay elements are the promoter and implementer of the low-carbon industry innovation,which have different innovative power and innovative action rules;the resources elements are the basis and support of innovation,with different in form and structure of allocation;the environment elements are the external conditions of system.The innovative elements through their mutual relation and the operation mechanism to determine the system operation efficiency and stability.
