摘要
高新技术是新型工业化的根本动力之一,了解高新技术产业发展与新型工业化的耦合强度和协调程度对于深入推进新疆新型工业化有重要意义。通过建立新疆高新技术产业与新型工业化的耦合协调度模型,分析了1998-2010年两个复杂系统的耦合发展关系。结果表明:新疆高新技术产业与新型工业化处于由颉颃走向磨合的时期,耦合协调度虽有提升但仍处于低度协调状态。针对目前的耦合关系特点,提出了实现新疆高新技术产业与新型工业化良性耦合的政策建议。
High-tech is one of the key driving forces in the process of new-type industrialization.The comprehension of coupling and coordinate degree of high-tech industry and new-type industrialization has significant meaning for better implementation of industrialization in Xinjiang.Based on coupling degree model,this paper analyzes coupling evolvement between high-tech industry and new-type industrialization from 1998to 2010.The results show that coupling relationship of these two complex systems is proceeding from conflict to amelioration,with increasing coordination degree but still being the low-level harmony.Therefore,according to the characteristics of coupling situation,policy suggestions are put forward to achieve benign interaction between high-tech industry and new-type industrialization in Xinjiang.
