基于I-P-O模型的国内虚拟创新团队研究综述

A Study of Current Literature in Virtual Innovation Teams in China Basic on the I-P-O Model

借助I-P-O模型的分析框架,对国内2000年以后收录在CNKI上的有关虚拟创新团队的研究文献进行了系统全面的检索和分类,并以直接相关的87篇文献为样本,从研究频率、研究主题、研究方法和研究领域4个层面进行了统计分析,揭示了国内关于虚拟创新团队研究的特点和局限性,为该领域的进一步研究明确了方向。

With the I-P-O model,author searched and classified a large number of papers about the virtual innovation teams which are embodied in CNKI database since 2000,and selected 87samples from these papers.By these samples,we focused on analyzing the frequency,the research topics,the research methods and field of research.Through the research,we revealed the characteristics and limitations of the research on the virtual innovation team in China.Much more efforts are needed for further improvement in this field.
