面向多种类混合颗粒的抽样机械结构设计及技术研究

摘要 为了减少混合颗粒种类多、数量大、混合不均匀等特点给混合颗粒研究带来的不利,需对混合颗粒做均化处理,并在此基础上进行抽样。基于锥体对混合颗粒的随机分散和聚合作用,采用双对称锥体结构,设计了一种面向多种类混合颗粒的抽样机械。通过概率分析得出相关性对分散概率没有影响,进而建立抽样机械的数学模型和评价指标,并在此基础上做了数值模拟分析和单因素试验,验证了抽样机械对混合颗粒在一定条件下具备良好的均化效果。 In order to reduce the adverse effect to the mixed particles study, caused by mixed particles characteristics of great variety, large quantity and uneven mixing, it is needed to be done to homogenize the mixed particles, and to sample on this basis. Based on cone's random scatter and polymerization to the mixed particles, a double symmetrical cone structure sampling machine handling multiple mixed particles was designed. Through the probabilistie analysis, the results show that the probability of spread is not affectted by correlation. Further more, the mathematical model of sampling machine and its evaluation indicators were established. On this basis, a numerical simulation and single-factor test were done to verify that this sampling machine can homogenize mixed particles with good effect under certain conditions.
