摘要
大型注塑机由于机械尺寸大、输入输出信号多、分体运输等特点,存在电缆用量大、电缆布设及调试检修困难、电器需要现场快速接插等问题。本课题通过分析研究大型注塑机信号走线的规律,提出应用基于CAN总线技术的分布式控制系统,不仅在大型注塑机上成功克服了上述问题,并且还具有降低成本、节省工时、提高产品可靠性等优点。
Due to the large mechanical size, more I/O signals, separated transportation, the large injection molding which successfully overcomes the product reliability etc. of cable and it causes the difficulties for laying and maintenance.
