深化发展中国资本市场 迎接“入世”挑战

Developing the Chinese Capital Market to Accept the Challenge from the WTO

本文探讨了中国“入世”后资本市场的深化发展，简要介绍了 WTO对其成员国的基本要求，分析了中国资本市场存在的问题及《服务贸易总协定》所规定的基本原则之间的差距，主要包含证券市场制度、资本市场结构、资本市场规模及证券交易商等方面存在的不足。最后，笔者提出了深化资本市场的建议，即完善证券市场制度、优化资本市场结构、探索我国券商经营的有效途径等。

The author discusses the development of the Chinese capital market after the accession of the people's republic of China to the World Trade Organization. This article consists of three parts． In the first section the author briefly introduces the main principles which the member countries of the WTO follow .In the second section the author analyses the faults of the Chinese capital market which exist in the regime and the structure of capital market and securities dealers of China .And the author puts forward some proposals for the development of the Chinese capital market .
