摘要
根据实际抽样调查数据,使用了嵌入式logit模型,估计了各种因素对农民工再次择业的影响。实证研究结果表明:在控制住家庭特征和人口特征等有关变量之后,择业前收入水平越低,农民工倾向于换工作又换产业;原产业的增长率越高,农民工以较大的几率不换工作或者换工作但不换产业;工作经验越多,农民工倾向于不换工作或者换工作但不换产业。
Using actual survey data, the Nlogit model has been used to evaluate the influen- cing factors of the re-employment of rural-migrant-workers. Taking the family characteristics and demographic characteristics as the control variables, the results show that the higher their income is, the more frequently migrant workers want to shift their jobs; and when the growth rate of the industry is high, the migrant workers tend to not shift their jobs, or shift their jobs in the same industry. Moreover, the workers with higher experiences tend to avoid from shift jobs, or shift their jobs in the same industry.
