青岛市现代农业科技创新服务体系建设的问题及对策

Construction of Science and Technology Propelled Innovative Service System of the Modern Agriculture of Qingdao City: Problems and Strategies

近年来青岛市农业和农村经济得到了很大的发展,但现实中仍然存在一些问题,这在一定程度上制约了青岛市农业、农村经济的发展和新农村建设的进程。笔者简述了青岛市农业科技创新体系发展现状,分析了农业科技创新体系存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。健全科技创新应用体系、加大科技投入、提高农民科技素质和科技应用能力、优化农业科技创新的环境和氛围是完善青岛市科技创新服务体系的必然选择。

In recent years, agriculture and the rural economy in Qingdao has witnessed remarkable progress, though a series of problems, to a certain extent, set a limit to the development of agriculture, the rural economy of Qingdao and its New Rural Construction progress. The paper summarized the current situation of science and technology propelled innovative service system of Qingdao, analyzed the existing problems, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. Under such circumstances, to improve the Innovative service system of science and technology of Qingdao, it is of great necessity to complete the innovation application system, increase its investment, improve farmers＇ qualities and application capability of science and technology and optimize the environment of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
