摘要
【目的】探讨菌根菌与益生菌组合对桉树苗木生长的影响,从而进一步提高桉树人工林的生产力和造林成活率,以提高树林土壤肥力、涵养水源与维持资源多样性及生态功能。【方法】把马勃菌根真菌与解磷菌、解钾菌、固氮菌组合接种到桉树组培幼苗上,育苗3个月后,检查苗木菌根感染率,按完全随机试验设计的方法抽样测定苗木的苗高、地径、生物量。【结果】供试的11个益生菌组合接种育苗3个月后,桉树幼苗的菌根感染率在70%~90%;在接种3个月之后,苗木高比对照增加22.95%~64.40%,地径比空白对照增加23.53%~61.18%,生物量(干重)比对照增加7.72%~98.15%;各组处理的苗木苗高、地径、生物量与空白对照间均存在极显著差异。【结论】益生菌组合对桉树苗木的生长有不同程度的促进效果,Z-3、Z-5、Z-8、Z-4、Z-2、Z-11等6个菌株组合在促进桉树生长方面效果尤为明显,可作为对桉树生长效应有良好影响的优良菌株组合。
【Objective】The effects of mycorrhizal fungi and probiotic combination on the growth of eucalyptus seedlings were studied and the effects of probiotics on the growth of eucalyptus seedlings were investigated. 【Method】Using puffball fungi combined with phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, and potassium bacteria, the tissue cultures of eucalyptus seedlings were inoculated. After seedling culture for 3 months, the nursery mycorrhizal infection rate was examined and the seedling height, ground diameter, and biomass were measured according to the method of completely randomized sampling design. 【Result】Using the 11 probiotics combined inoculations as test subjects, after seedling culture for 3 months, the eucalyptus seedlings mycorrhizal infection rate was between 70%-90%. Three months after inoculation, the seedling height increased by 22.95%-64.40% compared to that of the control group, the ground diameter increased by 23.53%-61.18% compared to that of the control, and the biomass (dry weight) increased by 7.72%-98.15% compared to that of the control. The seedling height, ground diameter, and biomass measured under each treatment were significantly different from those of the control group. 【Conclusion】Different probiotics had different degrees of promotional effects on eucalyptus seedling growth, of which the 6 probiotics combinations, Z-3, Z-5, Z-8, Z-4, Z-2, and Z-11, were especially effective in eucalyptus growth promotion and could be used as the eucalyptus strain combinations with excellent growth effects.
