摘要
南京国民政府推行边疆教育实际上是在西北、西南等民族地区实行国民教育的措施。南京国民政府自成立之日起就注重蒙藏教育,通过制定计划、实地考察、具体实施等逐步推进边疆教育,形成一定规模。边疆教育是一项无成规可循的新兴事业,推行过程表现出阶段性。本文通过梳理南京国民政府推行边疆教育的历史与实践,分析了其中存在的问题及原因,并从中总结了历史经验。
The education implemented by the Nanking nationalist government was in effect an ethnic identity reinforcement movement in the Northwest and Southwest. Since its beginning, the nationalist government took effective measures to implement education among the Tibetans and the Mongolians, particularly in the fields of the Tibetan and Mongolian cultures. New as it was, the task was carried out systematically, producing considerable fruits. The paper analyses the achievements of this movement in order to provide valuable precedents for today's work in the educational improvement at the bordering areas.
