摘要
笔者认为"同证异治"广泛存在于古代文献及临床实践中,指出了"同证异治"与"异病同治"的区别与联系。文章以肾阳虚证为研究对象分别从方剂、临床各科疾病分析探讨了"同证异治"的内涵,这不仅是对"异病同治"在理论上的补充,同时也丰富了临床辨治思维。
The author thinks that ＂treating same pattern with different method＂ widespread and ancient literature and clinical practice, points out that the ＂treating same pattern with different method＂ and ＂different disease pathogenesis＂ differences and rela- tions. The kidney Yang deficiency syndrome as the research object respectively from the formula, clinical vaious immunity-lower dis- ease analyzed the ＂c treating same pattern with different method ＂ connotation, this is not only different from disease pathogenesis in theory of supplement, but also enriched the clinical syndrome differentiation thinking.
