摘要
提出一种面向口腔种植模板导向结构设计的拉伸建模方法。首先基于种植规划方案的要求确定设计参数,根据轮廓的参数化方程采样并投影生成底部轮廓,分割轮廓内部区域;然后根据网格密度自适应地确定步长,将轮廓线沿导动线方向偏置;最后使用顺序缝合相邻轮廓线方法构建侧面并封闭顶面,完成导向结构建模。该方法实现了种植模板导向结构的参数化和自动化建模,并可用于指导国产个性化口腔种植模板设计制作,降低计算机辅助种植手术的成本,促进口腔种植治疗的临床应用,造福广大患者,带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper presents an extrusion modelling method for guide structure design of dental implant template.Firstly,design parameters are determine based on the requirement of implanting planning scheme,then the corresponding contour line is sampled in accordance with the parameterised equation and projected for creating the base contour curve.Secondly,the interior region of the contour is segmented,the step length is selected adaptively depending on the mesh density,and the contour curve is then offset along the guiding curve direction.Finally,the method of sequentially sewing adjacent contour curves is employed to establish the model side and to close the top surface,the guide structure modelling is then accomplished.This method realises the parametric and automatic modelling of implant template guide structure,and can be used to provide useful reference for the individualised design and production of domestic dental implant template.It can bring remarkable economic and social benefit as well as the benefit to the majority of patients by reducing the cost of CAD/CAM assisted implant surgeries and promoting the clinical application of dental implant treatment.
