摘要
为了更方便地应用医学热层析技术在早期癌症检测中,将一种新的由人体体表温度场通过曲面拟合技术得到体内热源分布,并将该病变信息可视化且定量地表达出来,方法应用于癌症细胞检测。具体通过Matlab对多个点热源温度叠加方程的曲面拟合定量地得到热源的热量Q。由于癌症细胞的Q值比正常细胞的要高的多,因此我们可以通过这种方法得到癌症细胞信息。该方法精确拟合3×3×3立方体点热源的热源信息。研究结果对癌症细胞的早期发现和诊断具有重要价值。
This thesis applies a new method in cancer cell detection in order to more conveniently applying medical thermal tomography technology to early cancer detection,which is to calculate the distribution of heat source in vivo from body surface temperature using surface fitting,and to give visualised and quantified expression on such lesion information.Specifically,MTLAB is employed on the surface fitting of a number of temperature superposition equations of point heat sources to get the Q of heat sources quantitatively.Since the cancer cell's Q value is much higher than that of normal cell,therefore we are able to acquire the information of cancer cell with this approach.In the paper we precisely fit the heat source information from a 3×3×3 cubic point heat source.This has an important value on the early detection and diagnosis of cancer cell.
