摘要
鞍钢新5号高炉于2008年大修中,采用了多项国内外先进技术,以期达到高效、优质、低耗、环保和长寿,实现热风炉寿命25年、高炉寿命15年目标。采用的新技术包括:高炉本体长寿综合技术,串罐中心卸料式无料钟炉顶设备,顶燃式热风炉,热风炉系统助燃空气和煤气双预热,高炉荒煤气全干法除尘等。
In the rebuilding of blast furnace No. 5 in 2008, some new techniques were adopted to expeeted to reach the high efficieney, high quality, low consumption, environmental protection, long life, and hot Blast stoves'life 25 years and BF'life 15 years. The new techniques including the integrative technology of blast furnace noumenon, the bell - less top equipment of centering discharging in the serial hopper, dome combustion hot blast stoves, the combustion -supporting air and gas double preheat of the hot blast stoves system, and completely dry dusting of blast furnace's barren gas.
